I thought this would blow over within a day but it hasn’t. I’m still hella mad at this rude customer that came into the store yesterday. Sorry for the foul language but I’m just SO MAD!
We just got slammed with a rush and I was behind the back counter where we usually make the drinks. This bitch lady walks in and she orders a hot chocolate, so do these two girls after her. So I’m trying to make the drinks in an orderly fashion. I serve the bitch’s drink up first and she says that it’s not hot enough while I’m making the other two girl’s drinks. Complaining that it’s not hot enough is understandable. So I put her’s back in the cup to heat it up while I went to mix the other girl’s drinks. I serve it up to her and as I was heating up some more milk for other drinks, she complains about how her hot chocolate was TOO HOT. Ummmm….it’s called hot chocolate for a reason DUH! So I offered the bitch to make her another one and most people would say yes. But instead, she goes to accuse me in front of other customers that I’m not sorry when I apologized to her and that she thinks I don’t know how to make hot chocolates. Fucking bitch. Got me hella heated. She’s right though. I’m not sorry. I’m not sorry to customers who think they deserve special treatment ‘cause they were there first. Bitch was even unsatisfied when she asked for water and I gave it from the tap. ahfoguoeirhg’jdghiahgowejfiodhfoisjeflgghd[ojn!!!!!!!
I think I need another day for this to blow over. But if I ever see her again…I’m either telling her off or telling someone else to help her.
